Surf and Turf Friday Night Dinner

One must select the dinner choice in advance.  The choices are Lobster and Steak or just Steak,

> - fresh off the boat lobster w/ Beurre Blanc sauces
> - marinated grilled sirloin steak tips w/ Chimichuri sauce
> - traditional coleslaw
> - boiled corn and potatoes
> - mixed green salad
> - fresh baked rolls
> - assorted baked desserts
